Terms of Use

The rules of the road for using the DealTicket platform, AI tools, and tracking services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using DealTicket.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

DealTicket.app is a business communication tool designed to facilitate conversations, negotiations, and deal tracking between parties. The Service is strictly a communication platform and does not participate in, endorse, or guarantee any business transactions, agreements, or outcomes that result from the use of the platform.

2. Accounts & Security

  • Registration: You must provide accurate information when registering via Email, Google, Facebook, or APSense. Email accounts require activation via a verification code.
  • One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Bot Prevention: You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or any tools to access the Service or bypass our authentication filters.
  • Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with others. Each participant should use their own account.

3. Deal Rooms & Communication

Deal Rooms (also called "Tickets") are the core feature of DealTicket.app. By using Deal Rooms, you agree to the following:

  • Messages: All messages sent within a Deal Room are stored on our servers and visible to all participants in that room.
  • Read Receipts: Message senders can see whether their messages have been read by other participants. You cannot opt out of read receipts.
  • Activity Visibility: Your last access time and online status are visible to other members in the same Deal Room.
  • File Attachments: Deal Room creators can upload up to 3 files per room (JPEG, PNG, WebP up to 2MB; PDF up to 5MB). All participants can view and download attachments.
  • Deal Agreements: Deal offers and prices entered into a room are visible to all participants. Marking a deal as "Accepted" is a record of acknowledgment, not a legally binding contract.
  • Closing & Leaving: The room creator can close a Deal Room. Once closed, it cannot be reopened. Members can leave a room at any time; a system message will notify remaining participants.
Monthly Limits
  • Free: 5 Deal Rooms per month
  • Business: 100 Deal Rooms per month
  • Enterprise: 999 Deal Rooms per month

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

DealTicket offers Free, Business, and Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Plans & Billing
  • Free Plan: 5 tickets/month, 100 AI credits/month. No lead capture forms.
  • Business Plan: $29.95/month or $26.95/month billed annually. 100 tickets/month, 2,000 AI credits/month, up to 50 lead capture forms.
  • Enterprise Plan: $129.95/month or $116.95/month billed annually. 999 tickets/month, 10,000 AI credits/month, up to 999 lead capture forms.
AI Credits
  • Each AI operation (Polish, Translate, Analyze) costs 5 credits.
  • Monthly plan credits that are unused do not roll over to the next month.
  • Additional credit packs can be purchased separately. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • All credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan when the paid period ends.

5. AI Features

DealTicket provides AI-powered features including Message Polish, Translation, and Message Analysis, powered by Google Gemini.

  • Message Polish: Rewrites your message in a selected tone (Professional, Friendly, Formal, Casual, or Persuasive) with optional language translation.
  • Translation: Translates incoming messages into your preferred language.
  • Message Analysis: Analyzes incoming messages for sentiment, intent, and suggested response strategies.
Your Responsibilities
  • Accuracy: AI-generated content is a suggestion only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI output, including translations.
  • Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to any party.
  • No Legal Validity: AI-generated text has no legal validity. Do not rely on AI output for contracts, legal agreements, or binding commitments.
  • Minimum Input: Messages must be at least 10 characters to use AI features.

6. Forms & Lead Capture

Business and Enterprise users can create lead capture forms that automatically generate Deal Rooms upon submission.

  • Form Creation: Each form can have up to 20 custom fields. Forms are publicly accessible via a unique URL.
  • Submissions: When someone submits a form, a Deal Room is automatically created linking the form owner and the submitter. Repeat submissions from the same user are added as messages to the existing room.
  • Data Ownership: Form submissions and the data collected belong to the form creator. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when collecting information from others.
  • Prohibited Use: Forms may not be used for spam, phishing, or collecting sensitive data such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, or health information.

7. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload through the Service. However, you grant DealTicket.app a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Prohibited Content & Activities
  • Malware, viruses, or phishing links.
  • Illegal content or intellectual property infringement.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk marketing, or abuse of lead capture forms.
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive messages toward other users.
  • Impersonation of other individuals or organizations.
  • Using the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content, close any Deal Room, or suspend accounts violating these rules without notice or refund.

8. Sharing & Access

DealTicket provides several ways to share Deal Rooms with others:

  • Direct Link: Each Deal Room has a unique public URL. If "Sharable" is enabled, anyone with the link can view the room (an account is required to participate in chat).
  • Magic Link: Generates a secure one-time access code (valid for 7 days) that automatically adds the recipient as a member after they sign in.
  • QR Code: A QR code can be generated for easy sharing of the Deal Room link.
  • Participant Roles: Creators have full control. Members can chat and view content. Viewers have read-only access.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for who you share your Deal Room links with. Once shared, recipients may access the content within the room according to their role.

9. Account Inactivity & Termination

Inactive Accounts
  • If your account has not been logged into for a continuous period of 6 months or more, we reserve the right to close your account and permanently delete all associated data, including Deal Rooms, messages, files, form data, and any other content linked to your account.
  • This applies to all plan types, including paid subscriptions that have expired.
  • We are not obligated to provide prior notice before closing inactive accounts, although we may attempt to notify you via your registered email address.
Voluntary Termination
  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled through PayPal before requesting account deletion.
Termination by DealTicket
  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.
  • Terminated accounts due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. DealTicket.app is not liable for any lost profits, lost deals, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the Service.

No Responsibility for Business Outcomes: DealTicket.app is a communication tool only. We are not responsible for any business decisions, financial losses, failed transactions, disputes, or any other outcomes arising from your use of the platform. All business dealings conducted through the Service are solely between the participating parties.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: All content polished, translated, or generated by our AI features may contain inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information. DealTicket.app is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-assisted content before sending it to any party.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
